Counting Sensor Fault Change Over Motor 3 - Feeder Height Counts are not being received on the input for the count sensor. Possible Causes: 1) Sensor is loose or in wrong position on the mounting bracket. 2) The mounting bracket is not in correct location. The mounting bracket may be bent. 3) Sensor is damaged 4) Motor drive system is in bind (can not provide enough force to move mechanism. 5) Motor or VFD is damaged. 6) Wiring or cables connecting the sensor signal to the I/O input rack may be damaged 7) I/O input rack may be faulty Possible Solutions: 1) Adjust the mounting bracket or sensor as needed so that count signals occur when the motor moves. 2) Correct the bind that is keeping the mechanism from moving. 3) Replace or repair any faulty part(s) such as sensor, cables, input module, VFD, or motor.
